Right now seems like the time to remind you that we are here. We are here to welcome you, to make you feel at home, to make you feel part of a community.
Our community, whomever you are.
The past few weeks have been tough for many of us and rifts have appeared between friends, families and neighbors. All your feeds are filled with either anger or celebration, and little understanding in between. The thing we must remember is that most people are just trying to be heard and, most of all, understood.
We know those wants and those desires and we want you to know we’re here. We’ve created this intentional, open and welcoming community for a reason. We welcome new ideas, new perspectives and the hopes and dreams of every person who chooses to find us. We truly believe that a community grows stronger together.
In times of great divide, we’ll take your hand, lend our ears and ask for you to do the same. Do it for your friends, family members, neighbors and complete strangers.
Be the change you wish to see in the world. – Mahatma Gandhi
